The new pool and spa was located on Level 55 of an apartment building in Melbourne’s CBD, which required complex logistics and off-site construction. The spa was constructed on a restricted timeline and the location and space allocated for the equipment was technically challenging.

Formwork and steel was assembled in our factory, flat packed and delivered to site where it was re-assembled. The swimming pool equipment was split between two locations and a switchboard was programmed to allow for ease of equipment maintenance.
